Building organizational commitment through cognitive and relational job crafting

In this paper, we investigate the process by which organizational commitment is influenced job crafting among knowledge workers. To address aim, conducted a longitudinal qualitative case study in software solutions development firm Denmark. The findings from suggest that relational and cognitive encourage affective, normative, continuous workers, ultimately has positive influence on retention. also highlights considerable overlap between different types of crafting, with task appearing to be precursor crafting.
